The French industrial coach builder BEHM bought from its compatriot LOHR 65% of the stake it held in its subsidiary KAISER (annual turnover of FF 310 million), specialised in the production of skips, trailers and machine trailer. Thanks to this merger, BEHM will have a consolidated turnover of FF 450 million of which 25% from export for a workforce of 450 employees.
