As expected, the British communications group CARLTON has sold its film development business TECHNICOLOR to the French firm TMM - THOMSON MULTIMEDIA. For its part, the French firm will grant CARLTON 15.5 million THOMSON MULTIMEDIA shares for a value of $717 million corresponding to 5.5% of the capital.
