12/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - According to the International Labour Office (ILO), Europe will have a deficit of 1.6 million qualified people in information technologies in 2002. This deficit has tripled in four years. The economic effect of this shortage is evaluated by the ILO at $106 billion since 1998.
