PT MULTIMEDIA, the cable television and internet division of PORTUGAL TELECOM will pay EUR 267 million to acquire the 58% stake it does not yet own in the audiovisual press and written publishing group LUSOMUNDO (turnover of EUR 282 million in 1999).
