03/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has published a new Notice in the Official Journal No.C/311 relating to the review of the anti-dumping measures on the import of personal fax machines originating in China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand. The procedure, initiated in July, could be based on a simpler definition of the products in question, given the details provided by certain producers regarding the technical specifications of their products. Interested parties have forty days from the date of publication to send in any observations, including on the choice of Korea as market economy country to serve as reference in examining transactions with China.
