The German group FMC - FRESENIUS MEDICAL CARE (more than 1,200 dialysis clinics in the world), world's largest in equipment and service provision for dialysis, announced the acquisition of EVEREST HEALTH SERVICES, one of the American leaders in the sector, for USD 343 million, debts included.
