ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) gas

The British gas distribution group CENTRICA will acquire the Canadian gas and oil production company AVALANCHE ENERGY for GBP 114.5 million, amount including a take-over of its debts. The acquisition will take place through a 100% subsidiary of CENTRICA.
