03/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - A European civil servant, Maria Kayamanidou, has asked the Court of First Instance to annul the European Commission's decision rejecting her candidacy for the post of Head of the "Mediterranean" Unit of the Research Directorate General, and is requesting compensation of EUR 100,000 for injury.
