ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) rating

As previously announced the FITCH rating agency has taken over BANKWATCH, an agency specialising the evaluation of banks. Worth about $ 40 million the operation will take the form of exchanging securities. THOMSON FINANCIAL will receive 3.4% of FITCH's capital.. See report on 21 October.
