EU deplores decision of Burma's authorities to postpone visit of Troika

Brussels, 06/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The French Presidency of the EU Council made, on 6 October, on behalf of the EU the following declaration:

"The EU takes note of the decision taken by the Burma authorities to postpone the visit of the Troika which was meant to take place at the end of October.
