ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) pharmaceuticals

The British distributor of pharmaceutical products ALLIANCE UNICHEM announced the acquisition of INTERPHARM (turnover of EUR 811 million in 1999), Dutch pharmaceutical distribution branch of INTERNATION-MULLER for a total of EUR 203 million to which are added the debt take-over of EUR 20.7 million.
