The Italian boiler manufacturer RIELLO (turnover 976 billion lira in 1999 with 2,100 employed) has carried out several operations abroad. In China, it formed a joint venture with DEVOTION. In Poland, it acquired JERZY RUTKOSWKI LTD and in the United Kingdom it took over control of VOKERA, a company of which it already held 30%.
