21/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - By adopting the report by the Swedish Socialist, Anneli Hulthen, the European Parliament approved with a technical amendment, on first reading, the amendment to the regulation relating to substances that weaken the ozone layer regarding the reference year for the allocation of quotas of hydrochlorofluorocarbons to companies.
