Brussels, 16/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has authorised the acquisition by the group Industri Kapital of Swedish Alfa Laval Holding, which belongs to the Tetra Pak Group. Given the lack of an overlap between the activities of the two companies, the Commission considers that the operation raises not problem competition-wise.
