ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) temping

RANDSTAD NETHERLANDS concluded an agreement with the CREYF'S group and SFB group for the acquisition of the CONSTRUCTIEF temping agency (turnover of EUR 9 million in 1999 with 380 employees) next 1 August. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed. Specialised in temporary employment aimed at the building sector, CONSTRUCTIEF will be integrated into BOUWFLEX, a division of RANDSTAD NETHERLANDS specifically centred on the construction sector.
