Joint-venture Valeo and Robert Bosch GmbH

Brussels, 31/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - Having noted that the operation would have no impact in the European Economic Area, the European Commission has approved the creation in Asia of two joint-ventures between the French automobile equipment manufacturer Valeo and Germany's Robert Bosch GmbH. These two joint-ventures relate to the development, manufacture and distribution of air-conditioning and engine cooling systems.
