Brussels, 31/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted Moldova the benefits of the "social clause" of the generalised system of preferences, enabling it to grant additional tarrif concessions to countries that effectively implement the conventions of the International Labour Organisation on the rights of organisation and collective bargaining and on child labour.
