ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) television

The British communication group GRANADA MEDIA will acquire the regional television activities, ITV, from its counterpart UNITED NEWS for EUR 2.8 billion. In exchange, the UNITED NEWS shareholders will receive 12.5% of GRANADA MEDIA.
