The American group LOCKHEED MARTIN is to sell its subsidiary AES - AEROSPACE ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS to Britain's BAE for $1.67 bn.. AES' activities regroups some 5,300 employees and represented a turnover in 1999 of some $1.2 bn.
