ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computer technology

The computer services company STERIA (FF 257 million turnover in 1999) has taken control of TECSI through an exchange of shares. STERIA's aim is to set up a leading European division in telecommunications with TECSI. Together, they will have a turnover of FF 700 million this year. At the end of the operation, TECSI shareholders will have an 11% stake in the new entity.
