The Belgian group TRACTEBEL, energy subsidiary of France's SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX, it to take over from SGB - SOCIETE GENERALE DE BELGIQUE its energy services subsidiary ELYO that it will integrate. This integration will take the form of an exchange of shares that will give rise to a capital increase for TRACTEBEL to the tune of 6.2 million new shares. The latter will be exchanged at the rate of 311 TRACTEBEL shares against 100 shares in ELYO, corresponding to BEF 41.2 bn.
