ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computer technology

The Franco-German pharmaceutical group AVENTIS has sold its computer subsidiary HISERV HIGHTECH INTERNATIONAL (DM 300 million turnover with a workforce of 1,300) to the German firm THYSSEN KRUPP INFORMATION SERVICES. Through this acquisition, THYSSEN KRUPP will sell computer systems to the tune of almost DM 1 bn.
