05/05/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission (represented by the head of its delegation in Bangkok, Mr Caillouët) and the Cambodian authorities have signed an agreement on the textile trade. The EU gives free access to textiles from Cambodia for a three-year period, as proof of its commitment to eradicate poverty and in favour of sustainable development in that country.
