ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) communications

BELECTRIC, subsidiary of ATENOR GROUP, has taken a 49% stake in D-FACTO (BEF 230 million turnover in 1999), active in the communications and new media sector, the rest remaining in the hands of the founders. The cost of the transaction has not been revealed.
