Council Presidency announces Association Council session in near future

Lisbon, 23/03/2000 (Agence Europe) - Portuguese Secretary of State for European Affairs Francisco Seixas da Costa affirmed, in response to questions on Turkey raised on the fringe of the European Council, that "we shall very soon have our Association Council meeting" and that, on this occasion, "we shall assess what we have to do".
