The British group SHANKS has concluded an agreement to buy WASTE MANAGEMENT NEDERLAND, the fourth largest waste processing firm in the Netherlands with turnover of GBP 124.4 million in 1999, from WASTE MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL for USD 328.2 million.
