The German group RONCADIN GMBH (Italian group RONCADIN) has bought 50% of DR. OETKER EISKREM GMBH & CO, the ice cream division of DR.OETKER INTERNATIONAL GMBH. It has an option on acquiring the remaining shares at a later date. The division has annual turnover of around DEM 80 million.
