European Commission launches online portal to help businesses implement Forced Labour Regulation

30/06/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 30 June, the European Commission launched an information portal designed to help businesses, Member States and other stakeholders prepare for the application of the European regulation banning products made with forced labour (see EUROPE 13397/7). This tool provides guidance on the practical implementation of the regulation, specific support for small and medium-sized enterprises, resources to identify and manage supply chain risks, as well as a provisional list of the national authorities responsible for enforcing the legislation.
