Energi Danmark fined for manipulating Nordic wholesale electricity market in 2020

07/03/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 6 March, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) announced that Energi Danmark was fined DKK 380,000 (€50,900) for manipulating the electricity market on 3 January 2020, in breach of the REMIT Regulation (EU) 1227/2011.
