China challenges EU’s final tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles at WTO

04/11/24 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 4 November, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce announced that it had referred the matter to the World Trade Organization (WTO) concerning the definitive countervailing duties imposed by the EU on Chinese electric vehicles on 29 October (see EUROPE B13514A2, B13515A6).
