ACER records 371 cases of infringement of REMIT regulation under investigation at end of third quarter 2024

31/10/24 (Agence Europe) – In its new quarterly report, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) highlighted on Thursday 31 October that 371 cases of infringement of the REMIT regulation, which aims to ensure transparency and integrity in the energy markets (see EUROPE B13393A34), were under investigation at the end of the third quarter of 2024 (see EUROPE B13465A12).
