On Tuesday 15 October in Luxembourg, the European affairs ministers of the EU27 discussed the results of the meeting between the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, and the British Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, in Brussels at the beginning of October (see EUROPE B13495A16).
