Exchanges of anchovy quotas between EU countries remain authorised

11/10/24 (Agence Europe) – In an article published on Thursday 10 October (see EUROPE B13501A7) on the adoption of the regulation on the total allowable catch (TAC) of anchovy in Iberian Atlantic waters from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, we mistakenly wrote that the text prohibits quota exchanges between Member States. In fact, this sentence was deleted from the final text published in the Official Journal of the EU on Friday 11 October. This means that quota trading between countries...
