Three EU countries have still not empowered their national DSA coordinators

03/10/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 3 October, the European Commission decided to send reasoned opinions to the Czech Republic, Cyprus and Portugal asking them to comply with the Digital Services Act (DSA). These countries are the last to have not yet empowered the digital service coordinators they designated to implement the DSA.
