The foreign affairs ministers of the Western Balkan countries met in Berlin on Tuesday 1 October for a conference as part of the Berlin Process, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.
Under the aegis of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the ministers approved new measures on access and admission to higher education, the final agreement on which will be reached at the Berlin Process Summit scheduled for 14 October.
