ACER clarifies new REMIT obligations for non-EU market participants

27/09/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 25 September, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) published a new open letter describing what is expects of non-EU market participants and persons arranging or executing transactions on a professional basis (PPAETs) on the European energy markets, following the adoption of the revised REMIT (see EUROPE B13393A34).
