European Institute for Gender Equality publishes guidelines on best practice for data collection

On Wednesday 25 September, the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) published an update of its guide ‘Quality considerations for EIGE’s Gender Statistics Database ’. This updated document includes guidance on best practice for data collection on sex, gender identity and other intersecting inequalities.
