European Commission registers two new traditional specialties guaranteed

26/07/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 26 July, the European Commission announced that it had registered two new traditional specialties guaranteed (TSGs). One is ‘Saucisson gaumais’ from Belgium, which is lightly smoked and dried. It is obtained by fermenting pork. The ingredients required to prepare the mixture are lean meat and pork fat, salt and pepper.
