26/07/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 26 July, the European Commission announced that it had registered two new traditional specialties guaranteed (TSGs). One is ‘Saucisson gaumais’ from Belgium, which is lightly smoked and dried. It is obtained by fermenting pork.
