ENTSO-E formulates guidelines for contribution of Member States for Offshore Network Development Plans 2026

On Thursday 25 July, the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E) and the European Commission shared a guidance document to help Member States provide the information needed to draw up Offshore Network Development Plans (ONDP) 2026.

ONDPs are part of ENTSO-E’s ten-year network development plan, covering both onshore and offshore infrastructure.
