European Commission approves a new ‘Traditional Speciality Guaranteed’ from Romania

16/07/24 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 16 July, the European Commission announced the registration of a new Traditional Speciality Guaranteed (TSG) from Romania. This specialty is ‘Sardeluța marinată’, made by marinating sprat. The processed and marinated fish are immersed in a different marinade for each of the three prepared product varieties, which differ in terms of taste and organoleptic qualities.
