European Commission consults on recognition of goods on internal market

27/06/2024 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has opened a public consultation on the implementation of the regulation on the mutual recognition of goods in the internal market. This text, adopted in 2019, aims to improve the application of the principle of mutual recognition, in particular through rules and procedures for all Member States.
