EU Council approves Right to Repair Directive

30/05/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 30 May, the EU Council adopted the so-called “Right to Repair” Directive. The provisional agreement was approved by the European Parliament during the plenary session on 23 April, with 584 votes in favour, 3 against and 14 abstentions (see EUROPE B13397A19).
