ACER calls on Dutch National Regulatory Authority to improve its gas transmission pricing methodology

05/04/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 5 April, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) published a report on Dutch gas transmission tariffs for the period 2025-2029 for the Dutch national regulator, Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM). ACER is proposing improvements to bring it more into line with the Network Code on Harmonised Transmission Tariff Structures (NC TAR).
