Renewable energies accounted for 41.2% of gross EU electricity consumption in 2022

23/02/24 (Agence Europe)In 2022, renewable energies accounted for 41.2% of gross electricity consumption in the EU, 3.4 percentage points (pp) than in 2021, according to Eurostat in a new publication dated 21 February. Renewable energies increased by 5.7% between 2021 and 2022.
