Valdis Dombrovskis seeks to reassure MEPs that EU agriculture will be protected from Ukrainian imports

The European Commission has proposed “additional protection” to ensure that increased imports of Ukrainian agricultural products “are not to the detriment of our farmers”, European Commission Executive Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis told the European Parliament’s Agriculture Committee on Monday 12 February.
