President of Serbian Parliament, Vladimir Orlić, promises new national parliament will be formed “in the coming weeks”

15/01/24 (Agence Europe) – In an interview with the Serbian daily Kurir on Sunday 14 January, the Speaker of the Serbian Parliament, Vladimir Orlić, said that the new parliament would be formed “in the coming weeks” and that new elections would not be necessary “if a majority is reached”. The results of the last elections were criticised by a number of international observers as well as by the opposition, which denounced irregularities during the vote (see EUROPE B13317A19)....
