EU Council formally adopts legislation on fair access to data

27/11/23 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 27 November, the EU Council formally adopted the regulation on fair access to data (Data Act) (see EUROPE B13289A13). The text, which was approved by MEPs at the last plenary session, provides for users of connected devices to have access to the data they generate.
