In an analysis by the pro-European think-tank Bruegel, the author, Alicia García Herrero, chief economist for Asia-Pacific at the French investment bank Natixis, looked back, on Wednesday 22 November, at the US-China Summit held in San Francisco on 15 and 16 November, and how this bilateral meeting can help the EU to define its expectations ahead of the EU-China Summit in Beijing on 5 and 6 December.
