EU election observation mission recommends comprehensive electoral reform

17/11/23 (Agence Europe) – Comprehensive electoral reform is needed in Zimbabwe, the EU Election Observation Mission (EU EOM) says in its final report on the 23 August elections (see EUROPE B13239A6), published on Friday 17 November.
