06/10/23 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 5 October, Finland sent the European Commission its revised post-Covid-19 recovery plan, which includes a ‘REPowerEU’ chapter aimed at speeding up the energy transition and reducing dependence on Russian fossil fuels (see EUROPE B13141A30).
